Job Description
＜仕事内容＞
●ゲストサービス業務
○チェックイン・チェックアウト対応
○宿泊予約管理（自社予約サイト・OTA）
○宿泊ゲストからの問い合わせ対応（対面・電話・メール）
○館内案内、周辺観光・交通案内
○トラブル・イレギュラー発生時の一次対応
○フロント業務に付随する事務作業（簡単なデータ入力等）
●その他業務
○他部署（運営・清掃チーム等）との連携・情報共有
○清掃サポート業務（清掃完了客室のチェック、共用部の簡易清掃等）
○韓国語または中国語を用いたSNSマーケティングのサポート業務

○基本的なPCスキル（文字入力、メール対応、簡単な操作）
○シフト制勤務（早番・遅番・夜勤）に対応可能な方
●歓迎条件
○ホテル・宿泊施設・観光業・接客業での勤務経験
○英語を含む複数言語を使用できる方
○SNS（Instagram、X、Weibo、RED など）での投稿・運用経験
○日本での就労経験、または日本の職場環境への理解がある方
