Job Description
【概要】

【具体的な職務内容】
・法務業務
・和文・英文の契約書審査（和文：英文の割合＝８：２）
・法務相談対応
・子会社法務支援
・訴訟・紛争対応（弁護士との連携）
・重要会議体の運営業務
・ 株主総会、取締役会、監査役会の事務局
・コンプライアンス委員会、リスク・危機管理委員会、輸出関連法規遵守
委員会の事務局
・ 社内規程の制定、改廃等
・その他
・与信調査対応
・ コンプライアンス推進活動（社内研修の講師、啓蒙活動）
・ 内部通報に関する業務
【年俸】
500万円～700万円
