- 日々の問い合わせ対応およびクライアントとの連絡サポート
- 英語・日本語のRegulatory文書のフォーマット整備およびスタイルガイド準拠チェック
- 規制当局提出用XMLファイルの作成・レビュー
- PMDA Gatewayを通じた書類アップロード、関連プロセスのサポート
- 規制当局とのコンタクトレポート作成および記録管理
- 会議の議事録作成（英語・日本語）、ドキュメントQC、内部文書管理
