職務内容
- 保険基幹システム全体のテスト戦略・計画策定および実行管理
- テスト変革のロードマップ策定と推進
- Selenium、UFT、Tosca 等を活用した自動化推進および品質向上施策の実行
- GenAI を活用したテストケース生成、欠陥分析、効率化の促進
- オフショア・オンショア間の協働マネジメント、課題管理、リスクコントロール
