A leading digital services company is seeking a Principal Salesforce Developer to lead Salesforce development for mission-critical internal systems. This role focuses on designing scalable CRM solutions and system integrations that directly improve business efficiency across e-commerce and digital services. You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning end-to-end Salesforce architecture and delivery in a high-impact environment.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex and related technologies
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal and external enterprise systems
• Ensure system stability through testing, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization
• Maintain high standards for security, data integrity, and operational reliability

必須条件経験・資格：

• Salesforceプラットフォームでの開発経験3年以上
• Apex開発およびSalesforceアーキテクチャに関する実務知識
• Salesforceと他のエンタープライズシステムとの連携開発経験
• Salesforceの運用・保守・ベストプラクティスに関する知識

• 課題解決力と高いオーナーシップ
• 技術・ビジネス両面での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• 関係者と協働しながら主体的に推進できる姿勢

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語:：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

• エンジニアリードを務めた経験や、技術的なプロジェクトをマネージした経験
• バックエンド開発経験（Java、Spring Framework尚可）
• アジャイル開発に明るい方歓迎

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Strong practical expertise in Apex development and Salesforce architecture
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of Salesforce operations, maintenance, and best practices

• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a high-visibility role with cross-functional collaboration

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience leading engineers or managing technical projects
• Backend development experience (Java, Spring Framework preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
