銀行、保険会社、アセットマネジメント会社などの主要金融機関をカバーし、オリジネーション、クロスセル、クレジット対応を主導するポジションです。

• 銀行、保険会社、アセットマネジメント会社など日本国内の金融法人顧客（FIG）とのシニアレベルのリレーション構築・維持
• 融資、トランザクションバンキング、マーケット商品におけるオリジネーションおよび案件推進
• 顧客経営層や意思決定者への戦略的助言
• クロスセルやウォレットシェアの拡大を推進するようなアカウントプランニング戦略の立案・実行
• クレジット審査・社内承認プロセスの管理（リスク部門と連携）
• 必要に応じて国内外のリージョナル／グローバルチームと連携し、円滑なクライアントデリバリーを実現すること
• ガバナンス、コンプライアンス、ポートフォリオ管理の徹底

A top-tier global corporate and investment bank is seeking a Senior FIG Relationship Manager to lead coverage of major financial institution clients in Japan. This senior role focuses on driving origination, cross-selling, and credit engagement across banking, insurance, and asset management clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while coordinating with regional and global teams to deliver integrated banking solutions.

• Manage and grow senior-level relationships with financial institution clients in Japan
• Lead origination and execution across lending, transaction banking, and markets products
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client decision-makers across FIG sectors
• Drive cross-selling initiatives and expand wallet share through strategic account planning
• Oversee credit processes and internal approvals in collaboration with risk partners
• Coordinate client delivery with regional and global banking teams
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and portfolio discipline

必須条件経験・資格：

• FIGカバレッジ、コーポレートバンキング、キャピタルマーケッツの経験
• 融資、トランザクションバンキング、マーケット商品の専門知識
• 顧客のシニアステークホルダーのリレーションシップマネジメント実績
• クレジット分析およびリスク管理スキル
• オリジネーションおよび収益創出の実績
• 国際的なバンキングプラットフォームに関わった経験

• リーダーシップと意思決定力
• 優れた関係構築力・コミュニケーション力
• ビジネスマインド
• オーナーシップ意識

• 日本語: ネイティブレベル
• 英語: ビジネスレベル（海外拠点・グローバルチーム対応あり）

• 外資系の銀行でのFIG RM経験（銀行・NBFIいずれも可）
• メガバンク出身者も歓迎

• Extensive experience in FIG coverage, corporate banking, or capital markets
• Strong knowledge of lending, transaction banking, and markets products
• Proven track record managing senior financial institution client relationships
• Solid credit analysis and risk management expertise
• Demonstrated success in origination and revenue generation
• Experience working within global banking platforms
• Background as a FIG RM at a global bank or Japanese megabank (banks or NBFI coverage)

• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with high accountability and ownership

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to Business level
