本ポジションは、自動車関連の販売・金融データを多角的に分析し、経営層の意思決定に直結するインサイトを導き出す役割です。BIツールやAI/ML活用を推進し、データドリブンな組織づくりを牽引していただきます。

職務内容
- 車両販売データ、ローン・リース実績データの集計・分析
- 施策の効果測定と、将来の販売戦略・タクティクスの最適化支援
- 経営層向けレポートの作成およびプレゼンテーション
- Tableau等を活用したダッシュボード設計・要件定義・開発リード
- AI/ML活用に向けたデータ収集、前処理、分析プロセスの管理
- 社内の分析スキル強化に向けたBIコミュニティのリード
- 各事業部との連携によるデータ活用プロジェクトの推進
