職務概要
住宅および商業施設のリモデリングプロジェクトを担当し、初期のクライアント相談から施工完了まで一貫してマネジメントいただくポジションです。
複数のステークホルダーを調整しながら、品質・予算・スケジュールを確実に管理する重要な役割を担っていただきます。
職務内容
クライアント・サブコン・ベンダーとのミーティング（オンライン／対面）を通じた要件、予算、スケジュールの把握
プロジェクト計画、スケジュール、コスト見積り、仕様書の作成
KPI に基づく進捗モニタリングおよび改善提案
海外（日本）および米国内ステークホルダーとの調整
建築基準・規制・安全プロトコルの遵守確認
クライアントへの定期的な報告および懸念点対応
契約書、変更指示書、請求書などの文書管理
バーチャルでの最終検査およびプロジェクトクローズ対応
EPCフレームワーク（Explore / Produce / Commercialize）の理解と実務への活用

米国の不動産販売士／ブローカーライセンスをお持ちの方は歓迎
日本語および英語でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションが可能な方
