Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead welding engineering design and development for new and existing products
Conduct welding inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
Interpret and implement engineering drawings and process designs
Develop and implement JDFs (Job Description Files) for efficient production
Drive new model development and launch activities
Manage and develop a team of weld shop personnel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth factory operations
Optimize input requirements for efficient output delivery
