Job Description
Our client is a global leader in providing comprehensive welding solutions, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality welding consumables, including covered electrodes and flux-cored wires for stainless and carbon steel. They are currently seeking to hire an Equipment Engineer who will be in charge of coordinating machine operations, maintenance, and equipment repair. Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective cost control, Preventive Maintenance, spare part control, new machines installation / operational / testing, and ensuring machines in tip top condition.
- Keep machines down time to minimum level.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep work area clean and always practice 5S.
- Design and manage engineering personnel in fabrication of equipment need, determine method, procedure and condition.
- Ensure highest possible product quality and adherence to company Quality System, ISO and other standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical and other relevant course.
- Min 3-5 years in Steel / Heavy Industrial with knowledge in maintenance and equipment handling.
- Knowledge in jigs and tool fabrication, welding, and auxiliary equipment troubleshooting.
