Key Responsibilities:
Assist Manufacturing in coordinating and running the assembly process to meet module On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
Lead daily operational activities of the assigned team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Train, coach, and develop subordinates to build competency and technical knowledge.
Plan and schedule parts redraw from the store while ensuring materials are prepared and completed within the required timeframe.
Oversee proper handling and placement of loose parts to prevent misplacement and ensure readiness for assembly.
Inspect and verify assembly work—including subcontractor output and final module readiness—to ensure compliance with schedule and specifications.
Support fine‑tune operations and perform servicing, commissioning, and customer‑site technical work to uphold service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagrams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Knowledge and application of 7‑step problem‑solving methodologies.
Minimum Certificate qualification or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
Hands‑on experience in service jobs, equipment servicing, or technical maintenance.
Strong analytical thinking with effective troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
