Company Overview:
A leading and well‑established construction and engineering contractor recognized for delivering large‑scale building and infrastructure projects across Malaysia and the region.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in achieving project safety, schedule, cost, and quality objectives across all site activities.
Coordinate various trades in relation to main building works, ensuring smooth integration of M&E and structural activities.
Review and identify discrepancies between design documents and M&E construction drawings.
Ensure construction workmanship, materials, and installed components comply with approved designs and specifications.
Liaise with M&E subcontractors, suppliers, and customers while monitoring and reporting on subcontractor performance.
Prepare work method statements and/or Safe Operating Procedures together with specialist M&E subcontractors when required, including periodic progress reporting.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or other relevant engineering fields.
Minimum 5–10 years of working experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of building, M&E systems, and construction drawings.
Ability to work independently with good problem‑solving and site coordination skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Strong commitment to safety awareness and compliance throughout the construction period.
