・ソフトウェア開発チームを管理し、タスクの割り当て
・進捗管理・実行状況を把握する
・リリース、プロダクトローンチの計画と実行
・新規プロジェクトに向けた見積もり作成
・提案書作成
■応募要件■
《必須要件》
・システム／ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトのマネジメント経験5年以上
・顧客向け提案（要件定義、提案書作成など）の経験
・基本設計、詳細設計、非機能設計、アーキテクチャ設計など、各種設計書作成経験
・AI 技術に興味があり前向きに学習していること
・業務効率化のためにAIツールを積極的に利用していること
・AI に関する知識やスキルを継続的にアップデートしていること
■歓迎要件■
・PMP、PRINCE2などの資格
・オフショア開発または製造管理システムのPM経験
・プロジェクト管理ツール・手法
・ベストプラクティスに詳しい方
・英語またはベトナム語でのコミュニケーションのできる方
■オファー内容（勤務条件）■
《給与》 Gross: 3,000USD / 月 以上 ※ 応相談
《昇給》 年2回、もしくは大きな成果時に随時昇給
《ボーナス》 13・14ヶ月目給与（業績支給）
《勤務時間》 所定7.5時間（週1日リモート可）
