Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Consulting for business expansion in Vietnam
Support for business downsizing or withdrawal from Vietnam
M&A due diligenceFraud investigation and internal audit support
Internal control and management system consulting
Support for corporate alliances
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting firms, consulting firm or related industries
Strong exposure to M&A transactions
Ability to handle both consulting and research work for M&A projects
Candidates who have lived and worked in Japan will be highly preferred.
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or equivalent (Intermediate level)
English: Intermediate Level
