Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage business plan and control overall HR & GA budget.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and manage all training activities.
  • Handle end‑to‑end recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with government offices (SSF, PND1, PND1Kor, PND91 for Japanese employees).
  • Manage provident fund, group health insurance, and related welfare programs.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance rate, turnover rate, overtime, etc.).
  • Oversee employee transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate hotel arrangements for Japanese staff.
  • Coordinate with SAO for land & building tax and signboard tax submission.
  • Handle VISA & Work Permit procedures and 90‑day notifications for Japanese staff.
  • Organize company activities such as New Year Party and Company Trip.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
  • Manage and control BOI system.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & GA.
  • Proficient in payroll using B Plus Program.
  • Strong knowledge of VISA & Work Permit process under BOI privilege.

     

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and email communication.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge in ISO14001:2015 and GMP Cosmetic.
  • Have a private car and a valid driver’s license.
