Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes. (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
  • Handle HR administration such as employee records, contracts, and filing.
  • Assist with payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training and employee development activities.
  • Support employee relations, company policies, and internal communications.
  • Liaise with government offices regarding labor and HR‑related matters (if required).
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR generalist / HR staff role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Well‑organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
