About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are achieved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost control. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader who can work effectively with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Develop and execute production plans and schedules aligned with business needs.

• Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders to identify risks early and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, efficiency, and yield.

• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, quality, scrap, and cost.

• Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment; manage production budgets and inventory levels.

• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality awareness, and operational discipline.

• Coach, develop, and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality management systems.

• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make data‑driven decisions.

• Experience working with contract manufacturers or cross‑site production teams is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
