Job Description
Position: PCBA Assembly Supervisor (Backend)
Location: Amata Chonburi
Total Package: 30,000 - 40,000 THB/Month (Based on experience)
Job Description:
Control and supervise production processes of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test.
Ensure product quality complies with work instructions and manufacturing standards.
Handle daily production issues such as solder defects, coating NG, and test failures.
Control operators to follow safety regulations and 5S activities.
Check machine readiness, equipment, and jigs/fixtures.
Report production results and issues to the superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Knowledge of Wave / Coating / Test processes.
Able to control and instruct operators effectively.
Responsible and able to work under pressure.
Able to work in night shifts (if required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
Experience in controlling Wave / Coating / Test production lines is an advantage.
