Job Description
Location : Phanthong, Chonburi
Business Type : Automotive
Working day : Mon – Fri and (Alternate Sat.)
Benefit:
- Base salary 60,000 THB/ month (depends on experience)
- Allowance package 10,000 THB/ month
- Bonus 2 month
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of in metal molds or plastic molds.
- Experienced in management, cross-functional coordination, and professional presentations.
Control and manage the budget and costs within the Mold department.
Improve work speed by reducing Mold Changeover time (Set-up time).
Monitor and improve Tool Life and maintain an accurate Tool List.
Manage a team of 20 staff, including 2 Assistant Managers.
Handle Coordination and Presentations.
Present technical data and department progress to the management team.
Use management skills to guide the team and solve problems on the production floor.
