このポジションでは、M&Aに関連するプロジェクトをリードし、分析から戦略の立案、そして実行までのプロセスを担当していただきます。案件の約８割はクロスボーダー案件となります。

- M&Aのプロジェクトマネジメント全般を担当
- 市場調査および業界分析の実施
- 戦略計画の策定および実行支援
- クライアントとの密接なコミュニケーションを維持
- 法務、財務、税務などの専門家との連携
- プロジェクトの進捗管理および報告
- 新しいビジネスチャンスの発掘と提案
- チーム内外の利害関係者との効果的な連携
