職務内容
- PCやiPhoneなどのキッティング、プリンター設定、設置業務
- Microsoft Office 365/Teamsのサポート
- MDMを用いたモバイルデバイス管理
- インシデントチケットの発行・管理
- WIFI/VPNサポートおよび基本的なネットワーク対応
- POSのサポート、セットアップ
