本ポジションは、日本オフィスの財務・会計・税務業務を統括し、経営陣や海外本社と連携しながら安定した財務運営を支える役割です。管理会計、規制報告、キャッシュフロー管理など幅広い領域でリーダーシップを発揮していただきます。

職務内容
- 日本オフィスの財務機能全般を統括
- CEOおよび各部門責任者への助言・連携
- 海外本社ファイナンスチームとの調整
- 財務報告・管理会計・予算策定・分析
- 会計記録のレビュー・維持管理
- 監査・税務対応、関東財務局への規制報告
- キャッシュフロー管理、リスク管理体制の構築
- 日本における財務関連プロジェクトの主導

Required Skills
会計・財務関連分野の学士号以上
証券会社または金融機関での8年以上の実務経験
IFRSおよび日本基準（JGAAP）に関する知識
日本の規制報告要件への理解
Oracle等の会計システム、Microsoft Officeの操作スキル
英語・日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力（尚可）
主体性・柔軟性・独立性を備え、多文化環境で業務遂行可能な方
少人数チームのマネジメント経験があれば尚可
