職務内容
- プロジェクト計画、進捗管理、リソース調整
- プロジェクトポートフォリオの監視と経営層への報告
- リスクの特定と対策の実施
- プロジェクト管理プロセスの標準化と改善
- ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション
- JIRA、Trello、MS Projectなどのツール導入・運用
- 定期的な進捗報告と課題解決策の提案
