職務内容
- 非対面チャネル（電話・メール等）を通じた接客・販売
- 担当顧客との関係構築とClientelingの実践
- 顧客満足度向上を目指したサービス提供
- チームと協力しながらイレギュラー対応も含めた業務遂行
- 顧客データの収集・活用による長期的な関係構築
- 個人・チーム売上目標の達成
- 顧客満足度調査での高評価獲得
条件・待遇
- 週休2日制
- シフト勤務（10:00〜20:00のうち実働7.5時間）
- 在宅勤務：週1回可能
