3.FAQ・ナレッジ作成
4.マニュアル更新

・ビジネスメールを利用しての業務経験
・PCを利用しての事務作業

・ITパスポート、または同等以上のITスキル
・人前で何らかの提案・発表・案内の経験がある
・チャットツールの操作経験
・Zoom、Teamsなどのオンラインツールの操作経験

Work Conditions
