【Job Responsibilities】

■A Snapshot of Your Day

General Environmental and Employee Health & Safety work encompasses activities related to the environment (including the broader community impacted by environmental hazards) and employees

■How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Contributor to our business growth strategy by taking ownership of site HSE requirements.
  • Support site / project manager to ensure new wind farms meet our HSE requirements.
  • Support Site Managers to continuously identify risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Support Site Manager to plan and coordinate HSE training programs for new on-site technicians.
  • Support with the planning and coordination of regular QM&HSE safety campaigns, workshop and trainings.
  • Point-of-contact for site HSE issues.
  • Weekly to monthly reporting of HSE status and progress of issues / initiatives.
  • Participation to weekly Global Safety Meeting
  • Undertake HSE audit of site quarterly basis
  • Selection of PPEs
  • Review required certification/license for site activities
  • Support HSE Manager to investigate HSE incident, including implementation of corrective actions.

  • Experience and Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations, and HSE management systems
  • Field observation and active risk assessment
  • Experienced and successful in establishing good working relationships with all levels of the organization, from managers to primary workforce
  • Japanese ;Communicates effectively in an influential and assertive manner effectively; demonstrates effective listening skills
  • English: Beginner to middle level needed
  • Customer focused mind set, able to establish effective working relationships with clients (internally & externally)
