職務内容
- 日本基準（JGAAP）および規制報告のリード
- 財務諸表（BS、PL、CF）や各種レポートの作成
- 内部統制、チェック、分析の実施
- 資金管理（Treasury）、予算策定、事業計画サポート
- コスト分析・経費管理
- 日本での税務申告対応
- 内部・外部監査対応
- USGAAP財務報告・分析のサポート
- 経営層向け管理情報の作成支援

- 日本CPA、USCPA、税理士資格、または同等の資格・経験
- 保険業界での知識・経験があれば尚可
- チームプレイヤーとして協働できる方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き必須）
