MISSION OF THE JOB:
ブランドの世界観をデジタル上で体現し、LINE公式・ミニアプリなどのクリエイティブ制作をリードするポジションです。ユーザー体験（UX）とブランド美意識（Art Direction）の両立を目指し、国内外のステークホルダーと連携しながらGAJのデジタル表現を進化させます。
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
・LINE公式アカウント／ミニアプリ（リッチメッセージ・カード・VOOM投稿等）のデザイン制作
・LINE公式アカウント／ミニアプリにおけるテキスト・キャッチコピー作成およびUI/UXビジュアル設計
・外部制作会社・開発ベンダーとの連携、制作進行・納期・品質の管理
・OTO画像編集・制作

Required Skills
REQUIRED SKILL:
・UI/UXデザインに関する実務知識
・WEBデザイン実務経験３年以上（ラグジュアリー／ファッション・ビューティ業界経験尚可）
・Photoshop、Illustratorの実務スキル
・HTML／CSSに関する基本理解
・制作進行管理・スケジュール調整の実務経験
・Outlook、Teamsの使用経験
PREFERRED SKILL:
・公式LINEのMAツールの運用経験（LinyもしくはLstep）
・UI/UX設計スキルを活かしたユーザー体験向上施策の立案・実行
・社内外関係者との調整および進行管理業務
・PowerPointでのプレゼン資料作成スキル
・アプリ制作・運用経験
