同社のサステナビリティ推進室の一員として、下記業務に従事いただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
■CSRコミュニケーションの立案・推進
・グループ会社含むCSR活動の立案と推進
・サステナビリティ Webサイト、レポート作成支援、社外評価分析と改善策の提案
■CSR取り組みの推進業務
・サステナビリティ委員会および委員会に伴う活動支援および提案
・CSR関連調査および外部問い合わせの対応とそれに伴う提案
■CSR外部団体連携支援
・CSR／サステナビリティ推進に伴う外部団体とのネットワークの構築、社内提案・社外連携を有効活用した課題解決

Required Skills
【必須】
・CSRや事業を通じ社会に貢献（CSV）したいという熱意を持つ方
・情報収集とそれに伴う調整能力・問題解決能力・企画提案などの業務に関わった方
・英語によるコミュニケーションが図れること（日常会話が出来れば可）TOEIC目安600点以上
【歓迎】
・ものづくりの企業での業務経験、広報・IRのご経験があること（環境の経験値は不問）
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・広報実務経験・CSR活動の企画／ボランティア活動への参画経験
・サステナ経営検定【サステナブル経営／CSR検定】3級以上 （未取得でも経験を鑑み、採用後の資格取得を奨励）
・TOEIC 700点以上 もしくはVERSABT B1以上（点数が満たなくても採用後目標に組み込んでいただく）
・内部監査業務経験
