・国内外の商標・意匠関連業務全般（願書作成や中間処理業務を含む、出願・調査・審判・異議などの全プロセス）
・クライアント対応（英語会議も含む）

Required Skills

【応募資格】
・弁理士
・英語での顧客対応が可能な方（目安：TOEIC650点以上）
・弁理士事務所、企業にて商標、意匠実務経験者
・顧客対応能力のある方
【歓迎要件】
・弁理士事務所にて知財経験者

・極めて高度な受任業務を自ら処理できる
・新規受任の承認、業務の担当者決定、レターサイン、応答期限延長の承認、海外代理人の選定・承認等を行うことができる
・顧客対応の責任者になりうる
・新規顧客開拓等の企画・実施を積極的に行う
・講師活動等による自己研鑽、顧客獲得
・新規顧客訪問
・高度な技術内容につき一般従業員の指導・教育を行う
・業務に必要な情報発信を行う
