私たちのプロダクトプロジェクトチームは、新型トラックおよびバスの開発を推進し、期日通り、高品質かつコスト目標内で市場投入することで、お客様に喜ばれる製品を提供します。チーム内のセールスリードは、市場の声としてプロダクトマネジメントの役割を担い、関連するすべての営業活動を統括・調整します。組織の制約と市場ニーズのバランスを取りながら、地域ごとの要求を統合して一貫性のある製品ラインアップを実現します。市場の声に耳を傾け、明確な方向性を示し、情報伝達と整合性を確保するとともに、営業に関連するリスクを特定・管理し、発生する課題への対策を定義して製品の市場投入を成功に導きます。市場要求に関するクロスファンクショナルな議論を促進・主導し、顧客価値提案を定義するための機能深堀検討も実施します。

[Job Summary]
Our product project teams steer new truck and bus development projects ensuring that we launch products that delight our customers and are introduced in time quality and cost. Our Sales leads are the face and voice of the market within the project team as product management. They steer and coordinate all relevant sales activities moderate between organizational constraints and market needs and harmonize different regional requirements in one sound product line up. They successfully prepare and execute their product launches by listening to the markets providing a clear direction ensuring clear information flow and alignments between the markets and HQ identifying managing sales related risks and searching for defining countermeasures for sales issues. They facilitate and lead cross functional discussions for market requests as well as feature deep dives to define the customer value proposition. Under their leadership the sales organization finds their voice in the project team and completes all preparations towards a smooth product launch in the markets. As a Sales lead for Bus products you will additionally have product planning tasks and series management tasks. You will develop a deep product and market understanding to develop and align a future product roadmap for your assigned products and markets. Considering new technological trends you will lead studies together with the markets to identify potential technology fits to certain markets and / or customer applications. As part of your regular communication with markets you will collect and analyze changes in the market including identified portfolio gaps market trends and customer feedback and based on your conclusions propose product modifications and product line up changes to address the changing market needs to be launched either in product projects or within our series management activities. Effective project management and sales coordination implies excellent organizational and communication skills combined with tenacity which will be your greatest assets in this career. The ‘Product Strategy’ department forms the link between industry trends product concepts research development production market and customer needs. Our Product Project Sales Leads are an integral part of our vehicle development projects.
As the subproject lead for the‘sales’ area Sales leads ensure that we consider all market and customer relevant aspects in our vehicle development projects communicate and align all sales relevant topics among the different markets and stakeholders and lead the sales organization towards a smooth vehicle launch.
Our leadership takes our vehicles from the initial sales wish to a clear marketing and launch concept and towards the final customer handover.
