【仕事内容／Job Description】
1. プロジェクト調整
複雑な変更要求やシリーズ変更に対し、営業部門のサブプロジェクトリーダー（SPL）として対応
商用車開発プロセス（CVDS）などのマイルストーンを追跡し、社内チームおよび地域顧客に最新情報を提供
地域担当者から販売台数および価格情報を収集

2. 製品ドキュメント管理
プロジェクト製品リスト（PPL）を市場別仕様に基づいて常に最新の状態に維持
顧客向け仕様書、リリースノート、当局向け技術文書の納品を確実にするため、プロジェクトチームを主導

3. 製品コミュニケーション
リリース、機能展開、製品生産終了（EoP）スケジュールにする市場との情報共有
地域センター／総代理店（RC/GD）および社内関係者に対し、正確かつタイムリーなライフサイクル情報を提供

4. 規制対応および型式認証（ホモロゲーション）
各市場の規制を監視し、製品の法規制適合性を確保
型式認証業務を推進し、承認および関連文書のスケジュール通りの取得を支援

1. Project Coordination
・ Serve as sales Sub Project Lead （SPL） for complex / series change requests.
・ Track milestones （e.g. Commercial Vehicle Development System CVDS） and keep internal teams regional customers updated.
・ Collect volume + pricing inputs from regional reps.

2. Product Documentation
・ Keep the project product list （PPL） current with market specific configurations.
・ Drive project teams to ensure customer ready specs are delivered release notes and technical letters・ for authorities.

3. Product Communication
・ Communicate with market on project timelines for releases feature roll outs and end of production （EoP） schedules.
・ Ensure all stakeholders （Regional Center/General Distributor internal teams） receive timely accurate lifecycle updates.

4. Regulatory Homologation
・ Monitor market regulations and guard product compliance
・ Drive homologation tasks securing approvals and documentation on schedule

【部署の紹介／Department Introduction】
プロダクトマネジメント＆戦略部門は、プロダクトライフサイクルマネジメント機能の一部です。本部門には主に2つの責任があります。
1つ目は、今後10年以上にわたるMFTBCの製品ロードマップを策定し、その実現に必要な製品プロジェクトを定義すること。
2つ目は、顧客理解とそのニーズをプロジェクト要件に変換するプロダクトマネジメントを主導することです。本ポジションは、これらのプロダクトマネジメント活動を実行する上で重要な役割を担います。

初期構想（QG9）から製品発売（QG2）までの製品開発、規制遵守、市場向け文書作成活動の実行を主導し、プロジェクトのインプットを調整し、技術文書を作成し、地域および社内要件との整合性を確保します。

The Product Management Strategy department is within the Product Lifecycle Management function. The department has two main responsibilities:
1） defining MFTBC's product roadmap for the next 10+ years along with defining products projects required to realize the roadmap
2） leading Product Management responsible for understanding our customers translating their needs into project requirements. This role is key to executing the Product Managements activities.

Lead the execution of product development regulatory compliance and market documentation activities from initial concept （QG9） to product launch （QG2） by coordinating project inputs preparing technical documents and ensuring alignment with regional and internal requirements.

アメリカ・中南米担当もしくはMEA Africa担当どちらかの地域をお任せいたします。
You will be in charge of Americas or MEA Africa religion.
