International markets operations team has 7 members supporting all international markets divided into 4 regions.

【仕事内容／Job Description】
■ 業務内容
４つの地域への全般的な販売サポート
海外販売部門の戦略的目標の達成に貢献する
現地事務所または海外販社からの生産オーダー、販売予測等オーダーに関わる全般的なサポート
新車支払のフォローアップを行い、期日通りの出荷につなげる
ノックダウンオペレーション全般のサポート
eCanterの重要性の高まりと、バリューチェーン全体にわたる提供価値の拡大の可能性を考慮した、市場および成長戦略の独自立案
定義されたKPIを用いた目標達成状況の継続的なトラッキングと、地域市場との定期的なビジネスレビューを通じた効果的な市場管理の実現
市場間でのベストプラクティスおよびノウハウの積極的な共有促進による新たなアイデアの創出
現地事務所や三菱FUSO（日本）の他部門、またはセールスコントローリングとのクロスファンクショナルな連携

■ Job Summary
Overall sales support to all 4 regions.
Contribute to the achievement of the international sales department's strategic targets.
Assist markets and regional offices with order input into sales system.
New Vehicle Payments follow up to ensure on time shipments.
Overall support for Knockdown （KD） operations.
Independent conception of market and growth strategies taking into account the increasing importance of the eCanter and a possible expansion of the offering across the entire value chain
Continuous tracking of target achievement using defined KPIs and ensuring effective market management through regular business reviews with the regional markets
Active promotion of best practice and know how exchange between the markets to generate new ideas
Close collaboration with cross functional teams from regional offices and other departments at Mitsubishi FUSO in Japan or Sales Controlling

■ 業務経験・知識
1. 経済学・経営学・産業工学分野の学位取得
2. 海外販売における数年の実務経験（メーカーで輸出業務の経験があれば尚可）
3. 戦略的セールスに関する理解
4. Microsoft Office（特にExcelとPowerPoint）の十分な知識
5. ビジネスレベルの英語および日本語力（必須ではないが望ましい）
6. 体系的で分析的かつ自主的な業務遂行能力
7. 異文化対応力および優れたチームワーク力

■ Job Experience Knowledge
1. A completed degree in Economics/Business Administration Industrial Engineering
2. Several years of professional experience in international sales with experience in the export of goods preferred
3. Understanding of strategic sales topics
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office （especially Excel and PowerPoint）
5. Fluent English and preferably Business Japanese （but not mandatory）.
6. A structured analytically sound and independent way of working
7. Good teamwork combined with intercultural competence
