【仕事内容】
プロダクトプロジェクトガバナンス担当として、過去のプロダクトプロジェクトから得られた知見を活用し、製品開発プロセスの改善を主導する役割を担います。複数の部門と連携し、社内のクロスファンクショナルプロセスに影響を与えます。

主な職務内容：
1） デジタルプロジェクト管理ツールの開発
プロジェクト管理活動を支援するデジタルツールの設計、開発、継続的改善を主導する。組織基準、ユーザーニーズ、プロセス要件との整合性を確保する。

2） プロジェクト組織のトレーニング
トレーニングセッションの計画・実施、継続的なサポート提供、デジタルプロジェクト管理システム・ツールの効果的な活用に関するプロジェクトチームおよびステークホルダーへの専門的コンサルティングを行う。

3） プロジェクト管理手法の定義
プロジェクト管理手法の定義、維持、強化に貢献する。
これには、変更管理、コスト管理、リソース計画、プロジェクト組織、リスク管理などの主要領域におけるプロセス文書の作成・更新が含まれる。

4） 部門横断的な連携
ガバナンス関連事項における連携強化のため、部門間の協働を促進する。プロセス改善の特定、議論、実施を目的とした部門横断会議を企画・主導する。

【部署の紹介】
製品プロジェクトガバナンスならびに小型ディーゼル車および電気トラックプログラムのプロジェクト管理を担当しています。
プロジェクト管理手法と基準の定義・維持を行い、対象を絞ったトレーニングと堅牢なITツールを通じてプロジェクトチームを支援します。過去のプロジェクトから得られた教訓を製品開発プロセスに体系的に組み込むことを保証します。私たちの目標は、製品戦略が部門横断チームとの緊密な連携のもとで実行され、顧客のニーズとプロジェクト目標が期日通りかつ高品質で達成されることです。

LDTプロジェクト部門は4チームで構成されています。1チームがプロジェクトガバナンスを、3チームが製品プロジェクトマネジメントを専門としています。部門の人員は約20名です。関連する全ライン機能とのクロスファンクショナルな連携が不可欠であり、委員会への報告及びそれに伴う準備がこの役割の主要な部分です。

[Job Description]
As the staff for Product Project Governance you are in the lead position to drive improvements in the product development process leveraging lessons learned from previous product projects. Your role connects to many departments and you impact cross functional process across company.

Key Responsibilities:
1） Digital Project Management tool development
Lead the design development and continuous improvement of digital tools that support project management activities. Ensure alignment with organizational standards user needs and process requirements.

2） Training Project Organization
Plan and deliver training sessions provide ongoing support and offer expert consultation to project teams and stakeholders on the effective use of digital project management systems and tools.

3） Project Management Methodology Definition
Contribute to the definition maintenance and enhancement of project management methodologies.
This includes developing and updating process documentation for key areas such as change management cost control resource planning project organization and risk management.

4） Cross departmental collaboration
Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive alignment on governance related topics. Organize and lead cross functional meetings to identify discuss and implement process improvements.

[Department Introduction]
We are responsible for Product Project Governance as well as project management for Light Duty Diesel and Electric Truck programs.
We define and maintain project management methods and standards and support project teams through targeted training and robust IT tools. We ensure that lessons learned from previous projects are systematically embedded into the Product Development Process. Our target is that our product strategy is executed in close collaboration with cross functional teams ensuring that customer needs and project targets are met・on time and with high quality.

LDT Project departments has 4 teams. 1 team is dedicated for Project Governance and 3 teams are dedicated for Product Project Management. Department has approx. 20 people. Cross functional collaboration with all relevant line functions is essential committee reporting according preparation is major part of this role..

応募要件
1） 工学、自動車、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号を有すること。
2） プロジェクトマネジメントにおける2～3年の実務経験を有すること（自動車業界またはIT業界での経験が望ましい）。
3） プロジェクト管理ITツール（例：CPLACE）の使用経験があり、基礎レベルのコーディングが可能であること
4） 積極的で自主性のあるリーダーシップを持ち、チームコラボレーション能力に優れること。新製品開発プロセスの導入・実行においてチームを鼓舞し指導できること
5） 英語：ビジネスレベル以上、日本語：会話レベル以上

Requirements
1） Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Automotive Business or a related field.
2） Demonstrated 2 3 years of experience in project management preferably within the Automotive or IT industry.
3） Have experience of using Project Management IT tools （e.g CPLACE） and is able to do basic level coding
4） Proactive and self driven leader with strong team collaboration skills. Able to inspire and guide teams in adopting and executing new product development processes
5） English: Business level or higher Japanese: Conversational level or higher
