Required Skills
■必須要件
英語力（TOEICRL R 730点以上目安）をお持ちで以下いずれかの要件に合致する方
・HCM（Workday、SuccessFactors、カオナビ等いずれか）に関わる業務経験のある方
・人事側でオンボーディングなどの関連する業務経験をお持ちで、システム活用・DX推進にチャレンジされたい方
■歓迎要件
・SE/ITコンサル又はHRとしてグローバルHCM（Workday、SuccessFactors、Oracle Fusionなど）に関わる業務経験のある方
・HCMの知見をお持ちで、導入または活用に向けた推進経験（社内外とのコミュニケーション経験）をお持ちの方
・グローバル×デジタル×HRの分野でキャリア形成をしていきたい方
・システム導入を第一人称で取り組んだ経験のある方
