医薬中間体受託製造及び香料原料製造における製造プロセスの確立と工業化検討、生産部門への技術移転をご担当いただきます。
・プロセス設計、スケールアップ検討、設備選定、設備設計、安定性試験、リスクアセスメントの実施
・分析法開発（試験法設定、分析法バリデーション、分析法技術移転）
・生産におけるトラブル・変更に対する技術支援
・お取引先との技術的な協議・提案
・実験メンバーへの実験の指示、指導、アドバイスを行いながら、案件の推進とメンバーの育成
