・グループ財務戦略・在外子会社等のガバナンスの立案実行
・金融機関との関係構築
・為替・金利リスクに対するヘッジ方針の立案・実行
・資本政策の立案実行（負債・資本比率、BSマネジメント）
・配当、自社株買いなどの株主還元方針などの検討
・M Aプロジェクト参画、実行時のPMI業務
・投資採算評価、資本コスト管理
・買収防衛策の立案・実行

・格付機関対応の経験
・財務分析、株主還元、資本政策など、コーポレートファイナンス全般の経験
・海外出向の経験
・証券アナリスト資格
・グローバル資金管理導入経験
