技術管理グループにて、技術文書管理、技術ノウハウの整理、体系化をミッションとして下記業務をお任せします。
【仕事内容】
・技術文書管理
・技術ノウハウの蓄積
・スペック変更管理（プロセス改善活動、ルール化）
・技術文書（試験プラン、認定プラン）の標準化
・フォーマット管理（日本語、英語両方）
・図面技術データの管理
・社内の他部署との連携、意見を吸い上げる、技術全般をまとめる情報のデータの取りまとめ
・部内教育プラン検討
※現在、技術の文章化が進んでおり（別技術部が対応）、どういう体系にしていくか、仕組み作り、標準化していくフェーズとなります。

・設計開発/生産技術の管理部署経験、もしくは設計開発/生産技術 業務経験
・英語力（読み書きレベル）
【WANT】
・製造業または自動車、航空機業界での業務経験
・設計、製造などの技術部門での業務経験
・PDM（プロダクトデータマネジメント）の基礎知識（図面・技術データの管理など） ※IT系ではなく生産技術などの技術よりでかかわっていた方を求めてます。
