本ポジションは、日本市場におけるエンタープライズ顧客向けに、ストレージおよびITインフラソリューションの導入・提案・技術支援を担う重要な技術ポジションです。営業、マーケティング、製品チームと密接に連携し、業界を問わず多様な顧客環境でのプリセールスから導入、運用支援までを担当します。
＜業務内容＞
・販売目標達成のため、営業・マーケティング・製品マーケティングチームを技術面から支援
・プリセールス活動（製品トレーニング、システム設計、ソリューション提案）を積極的にサポート
・ヘルプデスクチケット対応および製品に関する技術的な問い合わせへの回答
・トラブルシューティングおよび原因分析を含むアフターサポートの提供
・顧客からのフィードバックや製品課題をPMへ報告し、製品改善に貢献
・日本語の技術FAQおよびドキュメントの作成・更新
・顧客ミーティング、デモンストレーション、オンサイト／リモート技術対応への参加
・国内外出張が発生する場合あり

Required Skills
【求める経験】
・IT、ストレージ、ネットワーク分野におけるテクニカルサポート、フィールドサポート、トラブルシューティング経験5年以上
・監視カメラ、リッチメディア、クラウド/IT、データセンター等の業界向けソリューション経験があれば尚可
・問題の切り分けおよび高度なトラブルシューティング能力
・ビジネスおよび技術的影響を考慮したタスクの優先順位付けとマルチタスク対応能力
・複雑な技術内容を分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力
・RAID、FC、iSCSI、NAS、ネットワーク、クラスター環境に関する高度な技術知識
・システム導入、構成、技術トレーニングの実務経験
・Windows、macOS、Linux、VMware環境に関する知識
