Senior Supply Planning/Import Staff

■Primary Purpose of the Position
The primary purpose of this role is to all aspects of Supply planning are run efficiently and Effectively. This includes:
1. Lead and responsible for the local off take and GY Import tire planning ordering DC allocation inventory tracking master data registration and related financial data/documents process to Finance function
2. Execute and responsible for EMEA/U.S./Asian import related process and documentation that includes customs documentation relationship with customs office import taxation/bond/deposit insurance emergency spot airfreight arrangements and designated freight forwarders/customs brokers performances
3. Lead internal alignment with Sales and OE functions for appropriate inventory demand supply and ordering plan
4. Responsible for supply planning process health and collaborating with COE Supply Planning lead to execute process improvements and adoption of new technology
5. Responsible for ensuring planning for the right tires using aligned S OP and S OE process inventory policies and service level.

■Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Local off take / Import supply planning and operational management
Ordering
Supply arrangement for required tire size labels
Supply status report
Alignment with S OP S OE Demand/Supply Plan OE requirements

Import execution
Documentation
Customs clearance
Tax bond/deposit
Insurance

Inventory Management
Inventory planning with an alignment to the service level to deliver on inventory targets
Allocate inventory to each DC to minimize out of area shipments

Continuous Process Improvement/DX Transformation
Lead process improvement for better productivity/efficiency
Lead drastic shifts from off line excel tool basis forecast into DX method by Collaborating with AP SC

■Education Certifications
Required Bachelor or above
Desired Degrees in Import/Export Trading Operations Supply Chain Statistic Analysis are advantage

■Experience
・ More than 5 years of experiences in Supply Chain
・ More than 3 years of experiences in Supply Planning Demand Planning
・ More than 3～5 years of experiences in Importation/exportation
・ More than 3～5 years of experiences in Tire or Auto motive parts industries （Preferable）

■Knowledge Skills Abilities
・ Knowledge on industrial product production distribution logistics supply chain management
・ Knowledge on Import/export trade freight forwarding customs brokerage
・ Intermediate capability for operating e mails MS Word/Excel/Power Point/Access/Power BI/Tableau
・ Business English in reading/writing/speaking
