・年次評価サイクル、給与・予算計画、マーケット調査をサポート。
・福利厚生制度の見直しや新規導入、従業員向け案内の作成。
・データ管理、ベンダー対応、各種手続き（保険加入・脱退等）の運用管理。
・国内外HRと連携し、制度の一貫性と法令遵守を推進。
