■レーザー関連製品（スペクトラフィジックス）のサービスエンジニアとして、
導入後のメンテナンス等アフターサービス業務を担当頂きます。
・レーザー製品の技術的およびサービス関連の問題において、顧客をサポートする責任を負います。
・特に半導体業界で拡大中の主要顧客のビジネスを含む、OEMサービスの全体的なサポートを担当します。
・各ユーザーのアプリケーションごとの要件と顧客の期待を理解し、信頼と良好な関係を築きます。
・現場の問題を効率的に解決し、顧客に適切なサポートを提供するため、
・工場への迅速かつ正確なコミュニケーションと現場の事故報告が求められます。
・顧客の研究内容に関する高度な専門知識および製品知識を活かし、販売支援を行います。
・MSOfficeツールの知識を活かし、日本語と英語の両方で正式な報告書を作成します。
