Required Skills
＜必須＞
・バイオロジカルなデータの解析、可視化、予測モデル構築について、数理的・生物学的の両側面から仮説を設計して研究を実施した経験
・R Shell Python Java C++などのプログラミング言語およびデータベース（SQL NoSQL）などを用いた研究業務の経験
・オンコロジー領域の疾患に関する基礎知識
尚可
・製薬企業またはバイオテックにて3年以上の勤務経験
・英語で海外研究者とコミュニケーションできる能力、英語論文執筆経験
・CRISPR、DNA/RNA配列解析、次世代シーケンス解析、多変量・高次元データ解析（オミクス）、オントロジー、データ管理、機械学習、統計モデリングのいずれかにおける高い専門性
・オミクスデータ取得に関する実験研究業務の経験
・バイオインフォマティクス、コンピューターサイエンス、分子生物学、または細胞生物学分野の博士号
