・創薬研究に必要な抗体の少量～中量生産

必須
・製薬企業、ベンチャー企業あるいはアカデミアにおいてタンパク質工学の研究経験を有すること
・各種ディスプレイ技術・スクリーニング系構築・評価に対する幅広い専門性を有すること
・抗体やタンパク質発現・精製、あるいは抗体取得の実務経験
・チームメンバーと良い関係を構築して円滑に業務推進できること
尚可
・チームをリードし自ら適切な目標と目的を設定できること
・計算科学・機械学習・実験業務の自動化・機械化等、DX関連の経験や知識
・博士学位
