1. 資金管理（Cash Management）
・日本国内並びに東アジア・欧州子会社の資金繰り状況のモニタリング
・資金の集中管理（キャッシュプーリングなど）
・銀行口座の管理と最適化
2. 為替リスク管理（FX Risk Management）
・為替変動リスクの分析とヘッジ戦略の立案・実行
3. 資金調達・運用（Financing Investment）
・地域内での資金調達（キャッシュマネジメントシステム）の企画・実行
4. 銀行・金融機関との関係構築
・主要銀行とのリレーション管理
5. 財務戦略の立案と実行
・グローバル本社との連携によるグローバル財務戦略のローカライズ
6. コンプライアンスと内部統制
・各国の財務・税務規制への対応
・内部監査やSOX対応などのガバナンス強化
7. レポーティング
・日本事業内及びグローバル本社への財務レポート作成（資金状況、為替損益など）
・KPIや財務指標のモニタリングと報告

・ERPや財務管理システム（SAP Oracleなど）の使用経験
・クロスボーダーでのコミュニケーション能力
