（1） 設計・製作の仕様書、データーシート、調達仕様書の作成
（2） 海外ベンダー見積の技術評価、製作図、製作要領書のレビュー
（3） 機器設計に係る 海外顧客・海外設計子会社・海外ベンダー・社内他部門間のコーディネーション
