＜業務内容＞
海外の設計・調達・建設プロジェクトの配管設計（レイアウト、材料仕様、応力解析、3D CAD）のうち、レイアウトに関わる下記業務です。
（1） Plot Plan作成、配管レイアウト設計指針作成、品質管理
（2） 海外設計拠点（東南アジア、及び中東）との空間設計全般に関するコーディネーション業務
（3）顧客、他部門との折衝、調整業務
＜配属組織のミッション・役割＞
空間設計部所掌業務はほぼ全てのプロジェクトでクリティカルパスの一部であり、EPCスケジュールの重要フローを担っています。多数の機器や構造物から成るプラント全体の配置計画を行います。プラントの姿形を創造し、またプロジェクトの成否に直結する重要な業務です。そして、この配置計画に基づき各機器をつなぐ配管の設計を行います。
配管設計では3D CAD を駆使し、プラントの姿形をさらに具現化する配管レイアウト、プラントの運転を考慮した配管応力解析、各流体の特性や温度・圧力条件に適した配管材料選定などの専門技術が発揮されます。
