・新棟建設、改修工事、ユーティリティ設備更新など、サイトレベルのプロジェクトの企画・管理
・ファシリティ、生産、グローバルエンジニアリング各チームと連携し、スペース利用最適化および運用効率の向上を推進
・施設拡張やインフラ改善に関するフィージビリティスタディ、予算策定、スケジュール計画の主導
・外部業者および社内ステークホルダーとの調整を行い、品質・コスト・スケジュールの整合性を確保
・中長期的なファブキャパシティ計画および投資戦略の支援

Required Skills

・ファシリティ、製造、または建設プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験5年以上
・工場インフラ（ユーティリティ、クリーンルーム、HVAC など）に関する深い理解
・部門横断チームのマネジメント経験、日英両語での高いコミュニケーション能力
・優れた組織力と問題解決能力
（歓迎）
・半導体ファブ建設または拡張プロジェクトの経験
・CAPEXプロセスおよびベンダーマネジメントへの理解・経験
・設計・エンジニアリング・施工フェーズを跨ぐプロジェクトコーディネーション能力
