顧客需要に基づく前工程（FE）ウェハーの投入および完成要求の管理
製品完成計画と出荷需要に合わせて、5週間分のウェハー計画の調整を行う
主要装置のアロケーション計画を含むリソースプラン策定、および外部生産（CMおよび社内 FAB）への予測管理
前工程MOCVD計画に関するKPIの監視：効果的なMOCVDスケジュールを確保するためのKPIモニタリング
資材部と協力し、サブストレート（基板）の管理および計画

部門横断的／組織横断的なプロジェクト経験があれば優遇
プログラミングスキル、ICプロセスおよびロジスティック管理に関する知識があれば尚可
‐ 半導体生産管理経験歓迎
物量の多い生産管理経験歓迎 ※ 数万個/月以上出荷製品の生産管理経験者歓迎
