■担当業務
2025年4月に新設されたソフトウェア開発センターにおける採用です。ソフトウェア開発プロセス検討にあたり、様々なソフトウェア開発管理経験を活かしていただくことが期待されています。
■具体的には
・ソフトウェア開発における開発期間の短縮と品質の確保
・コストの適正化を目的として、全社を横断した開発プロセスを定義し、運用方法の検討
・開発プロジェクト内での監視やプロセスのテーラリングなど
・グローバルリテールプラットフォーム「ELERA」のクラウドPOSシステムの開発における開発プロセス標準化活動
※ご志向とご経験によっては、組織長候補としてマネジメントのキャリアパスも可能性がございます

・品質改善活動に関する社内コンサル業務
・品質改善会集うデータを収集・分析および情報発信
・品質改善を目的としたトレーニングの企画・実施
